Ingredients

    • 1 EverCrisp® apple, chopped
    • 1 x 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 cup broccoli slaw
    • ½ avocado, diced
    • 2 x 6 oz. chicken breasts, grilled with paprika, salt, and pepper
    • 1 Tbsp pepitas
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil
    • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • To garnish: fresh cilantro

      Directions

        1. Add apple, beans, broccoli slaw, avocado, pepitas, and chicken to a bowl.
        2. To make the dressing: whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
        3. Dress salad and garnish with fresh cilantro.
